What this ranking means
Guadalajara's position reflects recorded votes on myhowtown.lol. It is a community popularity contest among participating cities, not a measure of safety, affordability, quality of life, or every resident's opinion. Equal vote totals share a rank.
Visitors choose whether to participate. A large or active group can change the standings, so this result should not be presented as a scientific survey. See how votes, ties, and browser-based duplicate checks work.
Why support Guadalajara?
Your reason might be a neighborhood, a family connection, a local tradition, or a memorable visit. The city description above is editorial context; we do not collect reasons with votes or claim that it represents what voters think.
Standard votes are free. The optional City Chief badge is a paid feature on this platform, not a municipal title, and does not add votes.
